 Appearance of the clean room |
The electronics industry represented by the microscopic processing or thin-film forming process, especially semiconductors or liquid crystal display panels, has a trend to manufacture more microscopic products year after year. Along with such trend we are now facing more strict requirements from our customers for the production facilities of semiconductor and liquid crystal which we are ordered to supply. In our response to such requirements from customers, we decided to build up a clean room. |
