Filtration and Sterilization of recycled damped water system

Function/Feature Dampening water is kept clean by filtration and UV sterilization.
Bacteria growth is controlled by a direct UV irradiation to dampening water of 254nm UV which is called UV sterilization line to the damped water.
Dregs of ink and paper powder mixed into dampening water are removed by a 4-stage sponge filter (coarse, medium and fine) plus a cartridge filter.
1. IPA which affects recycling of damped water and harms human health.can be substantially reduced.
2.Paper loss can be reduced greatly because of no printing trouble caused by the polluted dampening water.
3. Excessive emulsification can be prevented by keeping the effect to keep constant of the Ph value and electric conductivity constant, which stabilizes the water rise to water roller leading to enhancement of printing accuracy.
4. The system lessens the burden of operators for replacement of damped water, cleaning of circulation cooling tank and water vessel and recovering works from printing troubles.
5. You can reduce unnecessary replacement of damped water or excessive pouring of IPA/H liquid.
Application The damped water circulation system for filtration and sterilization is used to purify the damped water for offset printing.
